Qualified in Psychodynamic Counselling at NESCOT, Surrey. In addition to my professional practise, I volunteer time at Sutton Counselling where I undergo my Continuous Professional Development, a requirement of BACP accreditation.
Formerly in commercial management, I have a particular interest in workplace issues. I offer 1-2-1 mentoring to managers as well as welcoming clients from Employer Assistance Programmes (EAP). I have received specialist training in drug and alcohol abuse.

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) in private practise in South Wimbledon. My role largely involves assisting clients to make independent decisions about the difficulty they are facing. Counselling gives clients the space and opportunity to explore various painful issues, and to be listened to in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. I have been providing counselling services at Redhill Counselling Centre for the last three years. In 2003, I also got involved with a charity organisation called "Rainer" which offers personalised and practical support to under-supported young people. I have experience with a broad range of client issues such as depression, anger, anxiety, bereavement, relationship problems and much more. Please note that I work on an individual basis only. In addition to English I speak fluent French.
